Most of these items are well-thought-out collectible merchandise from the 80’S and 90’S. Prices are listed as specified. We do not negotiate prices. If any imperfections, etc., are on an item, it will be designated at each piece. Payments are accepted in US funds by check or money orders only and must clear before merchandise is shipped, which may take up to 10 business days. PayPal, credit cards or any other type of payments are not accepted. All items are shipped with a tracking number. We normally ship UPS; however, on small flat items, we may ship by USPS.
All items will be carefully inspected before shipping. If item(s) are shipped without insurance and damaged or loss has occurred, Felixcollectibles.com is not responsible. If the buyer decides to purchase the additional insurance and the item(s) is damaged or missing through transit, buyer must complete the necessary documentation through the shipping carrier and provide evidence of the damaged merchandise. Cardboard boxes come in different materials. Each type has an intended function. For longer term storage situations, however, sometimes cardboard isn’t necessarily the best fit. Cardboard boxes are susceptible to damage from certain conditions, including heat and humidity. Over time, especially after twenty plus years, we noticed a few boxes that hold the merchandise have faded a bit. However, all the merchandise is in one hundred percent perfect condition. It is beyond our control how boxes, especially the ones that contain ink, pigments, graphics and so forth will degrade with time.
The buyer acknowledges that he/she will not hold the merchant responsible for any accidental mishaps caused by the purchaser or the shipping carrier. Seller reserves the right to reject any order for any reason. Once submitted to seller, an order may not be changed or cancelled by the buyer unless such change or cancellation is expressly agreed to in writing by an authorized representative of seller. All merchandise listed on Felixcollectibles.com is sold as is. We do not accept returns or refunds for any reason unless due to our error. Please choose your merchandise with judgment.
Upon buyer's receipt of product(s), buyer shall immediately inspect the same and shall notify seller in writing within three (3) days of delivery of any claims for shortages, defects or damages. If buyer shall fail to so notify seller within said 3 day period, such goods shall conclusively be deemed to conform to their respective specifications and to have been irrevocably accepted by the buyer. Seller shall not be liable to buyer for any losses or damages resulting from a late delivery or from seller's failure to perform due to any cause beyond seller's reasonable control. In the event buyer defaults in the payment of the purchase price of any order, buyer agrees that it will also be responsible to pay all costs, including attorney's fees and other expenses of collection resulting from any such default by buyer.
